I clearly have been a bad blogger, and I am trying to change that as well. I have recently picked up Mark Bittman’s new book and it is a must read for any of you who are concerned about where your food comes from.  It also has a cool twist in it.  Mark takes a look at the average American eating style and alters it slightly and shows you how to lose weight. Woo hooo.
